1. Who we are

This website is operated by Paperweight Systems LLC (“Paperweight Systems”, “we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site, you agree to them.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover the Paperweight Systems website only — the company pages, product information pages, station discovery page, downloads page, and review submission. They do not cover the software products we publish: each product is governed by its own license, provided with that product. Downloading or running Paperweight, for example, is governed by the license distributed with Paperweight — not by this page.

3. Using the site

You may use this site for its intended purpose: learning about Paperweight Systems and its products, discovering and playing opted-in stations, downloading software, and submitting reviews. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, probe its private areas, or submit content you don’t have the right to submit.

4. Reviews you submit

When you submit a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and grant us permission to display it on this site if you checked the publish-permission box and we approve it. Reviews are moderated; we may decline to publish, edit a display name for clarity or privacy, or remove a published review. We will not publish a review without publish permission.

5. Station content

The station discovery page plays streams broadcast by independent creators from their own hardware. Stations are not hosted by us, and their content is the responsibility of their creators. Station playback happens through the station’s own public player.

6. Third-party destinations

The site links to external destinations — GitHub releases, Discord, creator-owned stations, and product sites. Those destinations have their own terms and policies.

7. No warranty

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Software downloads carry the warranty terms (if any) of their own licenses, not of this website.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date above reflects the latest revision.
